- CCM Next Tape is an innovative flat current transfer tape, intended to revolutionize the field of electrical connection.
- It can be installed without problems in new and existing buildings, in buildings subject to architectural restrictions, in areas with a greater fire risk and finally in temporary installations.
- It is safe and extremely flexible.
ADVANTAGES
Easy installation
- Simple installation by attaching it to the wall or floor, thanks to the very high strength adhesive (3.2 N / cm).
- Installation time is 15 times shorter compared to traditional systems.
Flexibility of use
- Adapts to any type of surface.
- It can be placed on concrete walls, on wooden surfaces, on plasterboard sheets, under floors.
Facilities with high fire risks
- Prevents the spread of flame, fumes and toxic gases.
- Subjected to a destructive ultrafast curve test, the flat electrical tape achieved a result of 77 minutes of system operation before the entire structure collapsed at a temperature of 983 °C.
Thickness and impact resistance
- The extremely thick current transfer tape (0.25 ÷ 0.31 mm) makes it invisible after painting
- Resistance to strikes, compression and blows from blunt objects (IEC 60331 – 31: 2002).
Temporary facilities
- Ideal system to facilitate the installation of electrical systems in temporary constructions for occasional events such as: exhibitions, conferences, concerts, etc.
